I travel this road everyday in the morning and in the evening. The speed police are there 75% of the time. Sometimes in plain site. Other times they try to hide.

Strongly agree! Top of the hill is very typical at dusk and in the Tom Sawyer parking lot during the day. Headed towards Westport Road you can't see either one very well.

I live off of Westport Rd, and it's true. However, you will find that LMPD is in the middle median, right in front of Z.Taylor Elementary. Since its at the crest of a hill, you won't see them before they see you.

Have seen them there many times. Also after dark when no way to see them!

They generally sit in the middle of Hurstborne Pkwy at the hidden entrance at E.P. Tom Sawyer Park model airplane entrance.
