- Description: The speed limit on hadley between 100th Street and 90th Street has just changed from 40 to 30 due to new home construction. Officers will sit in the ditch on Hadley just north of 90th (Facing north, waiting for southbound) to speed up before reaching 100th street. There are not many street lights, if any on Hadley, not making it easy at all to see them before you are right on them.
