Got a ticket doing 58 at approx 1:30am 4/25/09 going thru those curves on N bound HHP betw GWB and toll booths. Never knew the speed limit was 35 thru that stretch. Have court appearance on 11/5/09. As of Oct 3,2009 the 35mph signs have all been removed thru that stretch. Will this impact a conviction for me since the limit is no longer 35 there but now back to 50mph?

Henry Hudson Pkwy North: ..." just before the toll bridge. The speed limit is 35mph a mile south of the toll and then turns to 50 just before the toll. This was 8:30am on a weekday." Yes, I've seen this numerous times, during the day and was warned by a friend, who'd been stopped!

Definitely Confirmed. Also be careful going North bound after passing the GWB exit.. They park on the right hand shoulder where the Parkway begins to curve.

I was pulled over heading north on the HHE, just before the toll bridge. The speed limit is 35mph a mile south of the toll and then turns to 50 just before the toll. This was 8:30am on a weekday. The cop car uses laser and sits in an exit to a condo place on the right side.
