After paying the toll at the H.Hudson brigde s/b drivers easly pick up speed on the s/b incline, but just pass the Dkyman street entrance to the s/b H.H. theres a nice straight away and a slow turn to the right and thats where the cop sits....if your speeding its already to late to hit the brakes.

Have seen radar many times at said point, but sometimes they move south to the exit at 158th street on the SB side. Best to pass in the left hand lane where cars closer to the exit (to right) are better exposed.

Was hit here Memorial Day wknd a few years ago. Officers also seem to like a similar spot on the Deegan. Very tricky for those traveling into the city from the north as it is typically right after GWB traffic abates, so drivers are going fast trying to make up for lost time.

I've been ticketed heading northbound after the GWB exit. The speed limit is reduced to 35 mph and a police officer is waiting in the exit to Fort Tryon Park.
