I've never seen a trooper there either and I live less than 3 miles away. No doubt drivers are aggressive here, but if you keep to the left lane like you should, it won't be an issue. There's no problem at that location. I'll post the real location of concern.

There is one at the Knik Country Store on Knik Goose Bay Road with radar in the mornings and early afternoon.

I've never seen a Trooper there and it is outside of Wasilla city limits.
