Description: A police car usually sits just inside the Southbound entrance ramp at Mansell and GA 400. The officer is always out of the car and signaling cars to pull over that try to bypass traffic by making an illegal right onto the entrance ramp.

  This is an insane practice by the Alpharetta Police. The fine collected for this extremely minor offense is $196. There should be some class action suit brought to end this arbitrary and capricious police behavior.

  There is a turning lane for persons wanting to enter the 400. There is also a no right turn sign there.

  "Try to bypass traffic by making an illegal right onto entrance ramp" I don't understand what this means. How can you make an illegal right here?
