Description: This trap is basically from when you enter the Ketchum city limits from the south or the north; you are under laser/radar the entire time. Do not speed in Ketchum or Sun Valley (they are adjacent towns); you will get pulled over!

    Bellvue is much worse, they use radar all the way up and down the valley.
