Description: State and local police "heavily" patrol areas along Rt-6 between Schituate and I-295. Moving and stationary enforcement. Heavy, fast moving traffic on wide improved roadway with heavy enforcement (100s of tickets a week).

    Correction...the limit here is 40 mph. I received a ticket last week at 11:00pm...clocked on radar at 56 mph. I was ridiculosy accussed of racing another car also traveling at 56 mph. The stop was made bty the RI State Police right near the State Police barracks. Beware!

    Limit here is 50. Should be 65. Have observed state troopers on several occasions.•
