- Description: The are 2 Location on this hill that are used by stationary officers. when headed southbound downhill there will be 2 private church parking lots on your right hand side. The first parking lot is well hidden behind a bunch on bushes ( you won't see the officer till u pass it), the other parking lot is located directly at the bottom of the hill next to a small yellow house. in this parking lot, officers will sit backwards between other parked cars to shoot radar. Bottom line( do not speed on hyland ave AT ALL either north or southbound.
