  Yes, Hwy 164 from Capital to K - the squad car usually sits right south hwy k on the west side of the road at the bottom of the hill (subdivision entrance).•

  How about the "Illegal U Turn" situation? We were sited on Grandview near Silvernail, which I will never understand and think was unfair. We missed the entrance to a restaurant, seen from Grandview, but entered from Silvernail, so stopped at the light where the freeway has on/off ramps, waited until we had the green turn left signal and turned to go south. The sheriff stopped us as soon as we made the turn! It is NOT posted anywhere there, that U turns are prohibited.
  We looked for the sign:U with a slash through it..nothing. We were the only car at that stoplight incidently, on a summer Saturday evening, 2 senior citizens going out for dinner and a show.•
