Agree. On 01 April 2008 I passed a dismounted officer standing at corner of side street (midway between Bryant and Boulevard) with a handheld radar device. His vehicle was parked up the side street away from the main intersection. Last year I was stopped on same street going 39 mph at almost 5 p.m., which is a speed that is easy to achieve as one leaves the school zone.

9th St. between Rankin and Bryant is highly monitored. Radar guns are regular.
