  I lived here since 1985, no tickets and rarely ever see police out writing tickets.

  I go by there every day and it should be 45 mph. It's also three lanes at the cemetery and four lanes going into Kingley.

  I received 2 tickets in this jurisdiction; one year apart within 3 blocks of ea. 'infraction'. Both times it was wall-wall heavy 5p.m. traffic and I was simply in a lane moving along with traffic not vieing for the pole position or leading the pack so how he singled me out is a mystery. I believe I would have won both times had I fought it. The officer who wrote the ticket agreed with me that traffic school is a joke and that he had been to it twice himself.

  When travling the road next to the mall you first encounter cars turning into the mall. I am looking at these cars first to make sure they do make the left turn and not decide to go straight. Unknown to me I miss the speed limit sign that is posted near the top of the hill which has spray paint on the sign so it is not clear that it is only 25mph which is way too slow for that type of road since there are no homes on that road. I was a victim of this kind of speed trap. This type of road should be at 35MPG on the low end it is a two lane road going east one for turn lane into the mall and and the other for thru traffic. Also has two stop sign on that short road that takes you to wells road. I believe that raising the speed limit to 35MPH will not endanger any one on the road.
