How do you beat one of these speeding tickets? They should be holding bake sales not speed traps.

The whole city of Biddeford is unfriendly and abusive through the police department. I was pulled over by an officer at the speed sign on Hill Street. This officer was notorious with State Police for pulling folks over for petty items. I was charged with failure to wear a seat belt and speeding of course. Went to court and on the way the same officer gave me a ticket. Tried to fight the seatbelt violation as I was wearing it and he actually won by lying. Every single person he had pulled over was given a seatbelt violation. Biddeford should be ashamed of such enforcement.

If the above was stopped for going 4 mph over, the cop must have ignored the 200 other cars that went by at 15 over. Everybody (well 80%) speeds down this city street. If they weren't nailing speeders pretty regularly, the average speed would be 50.

4 miles over cost me $129 there!
