Description: Couple times while going west on Dell Range (coming from Walmart to Yellowstone Road) I have seen a Cheyenne PD car sitting on either Dell Range/Seminole or Dell Range/Ogalla. Their cruiser is able to stay hidden and it's hard to see them until you're right on them.

    The one at Dellrange and Ogalla has been there for many many months if not years The car is stopped and parked right at the stop sign at Ogalla.

    This is one of two spots they like to sit. Another popular spot is just east on Dell Range at Powderhouse. Cheyenne PD will sit just off Dell Range by Office Depot. They catch eastbound drivers on Dell Range.
