Description: Where 13th street starts, between Hyland and Stange next to Veenker golf course. Officer sighted standing in the median at the low spot with a radar gun pointed east. Most drivers go at least 35, posted limit is 30.

    Most people on that stretch of 13th go faster than 35mph. Most do 40-50 which is too fast for that road with the curve that's in it. It's also a residential area with numerous I.S.U. students roaming about.
