Description: •Driving towards Killington from Ludlow on Route 100N, you enter the township of Plymouth, just after Route 100A intersects with Route 100. The speed limit changes to 35 mph from 50 mph for about 2 miles. The officer is behind the general store/gas station and based on personal experience and observations passing through that area, there is a high level of enforcement.

•Subpeona training records and schedules for the officer. Deposition ALL former and current deputys and ask about integrity of the cop who ticketed you. Ask if the deputy is working unlawfully by comparing work schedule with full or part time status, if part time see below: -By statute, a full-time police officer means “a law enforcement officer with duties of a predictable and continuing nature which require more than 32 hours per week and more than 25 weeks per year” (20 VSA§ 2358). If deputy is a part time certified officer and violated the above statute, than he and his agency commited a 4th amendment seizure (call ACLU), and a violation of 13 V.S.A. 2405(a)(1)(E). Unlawful Retraint, a felony. The term "restrain" means "to restrict substantially the movement of another person without the person's consent" Contact the Attorney General.

Received my $103. ticket in feb 08, 11 miles over the 35mph limit. Trap was in front of Plymouth General store. the officer would not hear of pba cards sheriffs card or possibly reducing the mph with multiple apologies for a lesser speed, Get in your car or else! No mercy for the out of staters. Next year I'll ski in N.H.

The law enforcement officers have a tendency to "hide" behind bushes or appear to be "parked" at a 90 degree angle to the road. The school driveway is a favorite place to "park"
