    Wow, what a complaint. Be glad the department is under new leadership. When we ran the department it wasn't safe anywhere in town to speed. At that time several years back we worked closely with MSP and conducted major traffic enforcement. Be glad they aren't the same department. We sat everywhere and you didn't see us period.
