Description: They usually park on Hiland Ave. next to the railroad tracks. A lot of people go over the posted speed of 25 mph because of the open fields of the fairgrounds. It does seem slow, but up past the tracks are trailors. If you continue, this road turns into 5th Street where they await you there too.
