Description: Cop sits in parking lot at the beginning of broughton avenue and traps speeders especially when light is green.

This is a bogus report. I'm a longtime resident off this Ave and have heard this story before. The cops wouldn't set up there because, with the quick light at the intersection, few people can get up to speed. At one time, when this low-volume corner has a no-turn-on-red sign there may have been a reason for violations but, instead, the sign was just taken down.
What folks will see, on occassion, are patrol cars that go into this lot to rest or talk to each other. They're not looking for us.
