Description: Police look for young drivers from surrounding universities and up the driving speed on the ticket, without showing the radar reading. Having a university name in your back windshield will make you a mark. There is also some reverse discrimination going on here too. They know students are unlikely to challenge the ticket.

    I had this happen too. Stay away from small towns in Alabama.
