- Description: This is a trap I've seen quite often. There are usually 2 police officers/vehicles parked in the westbound land about 1/4 mile off the exit ramp. This restircts the lane down to 1. This is pretty suddden because it is located at the bottom of a small hill. This has also been used as a seatbelt or general inspection stop as well.
