- Description: Several motorcycle cops hide in the strip mall on the SE corner of Rodeo Rd/LaCienega watching for cars driving westbound on Rodeo to LaCienega in the middle "gutter lane." (a center divider lane that divides opposing traffic) Alot of motorists are impatient in the bumper to bumper traffic trying to get to the left turning lane on LaCienega and speed up that lane to past traffic and as soon as they get to that strip mall the motor cops guides them into the strip mall parking lot to issue them a ticket! They usually pull over 5 cars at a time! Watch Out!
