- Description: City cops sit around the 425 over pass and catch people coming into the school zone speeding. They also scatter around the area in other places. Also, the traffic setup here is such that a 4 way stop or red light is needed instead of the 2 way stop at the intersection of Scogin Drive and Jordan Drive. In the mornings traffic will back up to MIS and to improve flow drivers will drive on the shoulder to reach the turn lane. This too is a bad idea as cops will stop you for this. Never mind they are too lazy to simply get out of their cars and direct traffic for five to ten minutes, which will make the entire situation better for everyone and take away the need to drive on the shoulder.
