Description: H-1 Ewa bound as you are coming down from Red Hill and cross the H-3 in Halawa. There are usually 2 to 3 solo bikes or a patrol car (marked and unmarked)parked on the right shoulder immediately after you cross H-3. They are there on any day of the week usually at night starting around 8 p.m. until the early morning hours. Watch your speed as you approach Red Hill (Ala Kapuna overpass)and on your way down.
