Description: This officer sits across the street from Holland Hitch and waits for persons to come into Denmark city limits. I was charges $445.00, 6 points and was threatened to be taken to jail for wreck less driving. I was slowing down coming into town, but had not slowed down all the way when I got to him, but he still says I was doing 59 in a 30! I'm fighting this all the way!!!
